Grow the supply side of a global travel marketplace by onboarding independent tour guides across the Mediterranean.
What you'll do
- Prospect, qualify and onboard tour guides
- Own guide activation and first-90-day retention
- Report on cohort performance weekly
What we're looking for
- 3+ years partnerships or B2B sales
- Fluent Turkish and English
- Travel or hospitality background
Nice to have
- Marketplace onboarding experience
- Third language (Arabic, Russian, Greek)
