Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what is non-refundable.

1. Satisfaction guarantee

For most subscription plans and digital products, you can request a resolution within 7 days of purchase if no significant work has been delivered and the service has not been substantially used. We'll work with you to make it right.

2. Service-based refunds

For coaching, resume writing, and book promotion services:

  • We'll revise or adjust the scope before work begins or assets are scheduled.
  • Partial refund (pro-rated) once work has started but key deliverables are not yet completed.
  • No refund once deliverables have been sent or a campaign has gone live.

3. Non-refundable items

  • Completed and delivered custom work
  • Live promotion campaigns already published
  • One-off downloadable templates after download
  • Subscription periods that have already been used

4. How to request a refund

Email aspireedgesupport@gmail.com with your order reference and the reason for the request. We review every request individually and reply within 2 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically arrive in 5–10 business days.

6. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current period. Combine cancellation with a refund request if you believe a refund is warranted.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly through support. Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension while we investigate.
