Delivery Policy

AspireEdge delivers digital services. This policy explains how and when you can expect access to what you've purchased.
1. Digital products & subscriptions
Access to subscriptions, dashboards, and resume tools is activated immediately after a successful payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with login details (or activation instructions for an existing account) within minutes.
2. Resume & coaching deliverables
Custom deliverables (e.g. revised resumes, cover letters, coaching reports) are sent to your email and account within the timeframe stated on your order:
- Standard turnaround: 3–5 business days
- Priority turnaround: 24–48 hours (where offered)
- Live coaching: scheduled at booking
3. Book promotion campaigns
Spotlight placements and promotion campaigns are scheduled after we receive all required assets (cover, blurb, links). Standard campaigns go live within 5–7 business days; custom campaigns follow the schedule agreed in your proposal.
4. Delays
If we anticipate a delay, we'll email you with a revised timeline. Most delays come from missing assets or clarifications — please respond promptly to support emails to keep your order moving.
5. Failed delivery
If you don't receive your deliverables within the stated window, check your spam folder, then contact aspireedgesupport@gmail.com with your order reference. We'll resend or resolve the issue promptly.
6. No physical shipping
AspireEdge does not ship physical goods. All deliverables are digital and delivered via email or your account dashboard.
