What you'll do

• Own end-to-end retained search mandates
• Manage a small delivery team
• Present shortlists to boards

What we're looking for

• 8+ years retained executive search
• Strong C-suite network
• Excellent English + Turkish

Nice to have

• Additional language (Arabic, French)
• Board advisory experience
