What you'll do

• Own commercial, regulatory and hiring strategy for Egypt
• Build the founding local team
• Report to the EMEA MD

What we're looking for

• 10+ years leadership in fintech or telco in Egypt
• Regulatory and licensing experience
• Fluent Arabic and English

Nice to have

• Startup or greenfield launch experience
• Existing regulator network
