VP Finance

Our client is hiring a VP Finance to join their finance team based remote (apac). You will partner with cross-functional leaders to ship measurable outcomes, own a clear scope and grow inside a team that invests in your career.

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day delivery of finance priorities for your area
• Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering and operations to unblock delivery
• Define, track and report the metrics that matter for your team
• Coach peers and raise the bar on craft, process and documentation
• Contribute to the roadmap and long-term strategy of the function

What we're looking for

• Solid track record as a VP Finance or in a closely related role
• Excellent written and verbal English, additional languages a plus
• Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams
• Strong sense of ownership and bias for shipping

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment
• Exposure to modern tooling in finance
